Although at the recent Quarterly Safety Meeting, the Local was informed that there is no mandatory number or percentage that supervision must obtain for "Do Not Meets". We had a VP, in a skip-level meeting with the Linemen inform them that he requires 25%. He further arrogantly claimed he can find a Not Met every time he performs an observation because they operate off of a list of 120 potential Not Mets and there is no way we can accomplish all of them. 

We encourage every Member to use the link provided (on a work computer) to review their Not Mets. If you have trouble accessing them, please ask your supervisors for assistance. If Supervision refuses to show you how to access them, please contact the Local.
